At Scooby’s Paints, we pride ourselves on high-quality products and great customer service. However, due to the nature of paint mixing and handling, human error may occasionally result in an incorrect colour being dispatched.

Please be aware of the following important points:

1. Always Test First:
   Before full application, it is essential to apply the paint to a small, discreet test area to confirm both the colour and compatibility with your surface.

2. Colour Variations:

   • Colour may appear different depending on lighting, surface texture, and number of coats applied.

   • Differences in batch tinting or application method can also affect final appearance.

3. Surface Preparation & Conditions:

   • Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and properly prepared before use.

   • Application in cold or damp conditions may affect performance or adhesion. Never Heat An Aerosol.

4. Storage & Shelf Life:

   • Store in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly sealed.

   • Do not allow the product to freeze.

   • Always stir thoroughly before use.
     

5. Returns Due to Colour Error:
   If you've received the incorrect colour by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Proof of the incorrect colour (e.g. photos or batch info) may be requested.

6. Liability:
   Scooby’s Paints cannot accept responsibility for any labour or material costs incurred from painting without performing a test area first. Always verify the paint meets your expectations before full application.
