Rover 800/SD1 Classic Car Paints

Rover SD1 is the name for a series of luxury cars made by British Leyland, under the Rover brand. It was made by three divisions of the company - Specialist, Rover Triumph, and Austin Rover, for ten years starting from 1976 until 1986. After that, it was replaced by the Rover 800. The SD1 car had different names when it was sold, like Rover 3500, Rover 2300, and Rover Vitesse. In 1977, it was named the best car in Europe for that year. In the car called "SD1", "SD" stands for "Specialist Division" and "1" means it's the first car designed by the company's own team. The range is sometimes mistakenly called "SDi". The SD1 is known as the last authentic Rover car. It was made at Solihull and designed by engineers who used to work at Rover Company. It was also the last Rover car to have the Rover V8 engine. In the future, machines called Rovers will be made at the old British Motor Corporation factories in Longbridge and Cowley. These Rovers will mostly use parts from Honda.
